Delivery Information
<Delivery period>
For customers in Japan, orders will be delivered within 7 days after they are received (shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed). Delivery may take longer due to inclement weather, the convenience of the delivery company, or other reasons. In addition, closing days may change during Golden Week, the New Year holidays, etc.
We use EMS (Express Mail Service) for overseas shipments. Items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. If you have any other simple inquiries, please feel free to send us a message via email. We can also respond in English.

Bank transfer Please transfer the amount to the account specified by our store within 7 days of the order date. If more than 7 days have passed, the order will be canceled. Please place the order again.

Convenience store payment Please pay within 10 days of the order date. If more than 10 days have passed, your order will be canceled. Please place your order again.

Cash on delivery (not available for EMS delivery)
Please pay the delivery fee to the delivery person when the product is delivered.

Shipping Fees
関税はお客様負担となります。
海外通販をした際の関税の支払いタイミングは、実際に荷物をお受け取りいただく際になります。
配達員の方に支払うことで、税関に納付したことになります。
関税の税率は、品物や輸入元の国などによって変わります。

送料はお客様負担となります。

Cancellations, returns and exchanges
If there is an initial defect, damage during delivery, or the wrong product, we will accept a return or exchange. Please note that we cannot accept returns (cancellations) due to customer convenience.
Return deadline
The return period is within 7 days of the product arriving at your address. Once the product arrives, please check immediately for any damage.
Return Shipping Fee
In the event of initial defects or incorrectly shipped items, we will handle the matter by cash on delivery.

Wrapping service is available for an additional 500 yen.
