About Delivery
<Delivery time>
For customers within Japan, orders will generally be delivered within 7 days of order confirmation (shipped within 3 business days of payment confirmation). Please note that delivery may take longer due to inclement weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, our business hours may change during periods such as Golden Week and the New Year holidays.
We use EMS (Express Mail Service) for international shipping. We will ship within 3 business days of receiving payment confirmation. For any other inquiries, please feel free to send us a message via email. We can also assist you in English.

About payment

Credit Cards: The following credit cards are accepted.
VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, American ExpressBank Transfer: Please transfer the payment from a bank account in the same name as the person placing the order to the bank account listed below.

Bank Transfer: Please transfer the payment to our designated account within 7 days of placing your order. Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 7 days. Please place your order again.
Convenience store payment: Please make your payment within 10 days of placing your order. Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 10 days. Please place your order again.
Cash on delivery (not available for EMS delivery)
Please pay the delivery person upon delivery of your order.

Regarding tariffs
Customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
When ordering goods from overseas, you will pay customs duties when you actually receive your package.
Paying the delivery person will constitute payment to customs.
Customs duty rates vary depending on the type of goods and the country of origin.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Once you add items to your cart and proceed to checkout, the shipping costs for each delivery address will be displayed.

Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for initial defects, damage during delivery, or incorrect items. Please note that we cannot accept returns (cancellations) due to customer reasons.
Return period
The return period is within 7 days of the product arriving at your address. Please check the product for any damage immediately upon arrival.
Return shipping
In case of initial defects or incorrect items being shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs.
