If you do not receive an email

(1) Please check that the email address you entered when placing your order or registering as a member is correct.

(2) Please check your "Spam," "Deleted Emails," and "Trash" folders.
- It may not be delivered because it is mistakenly identified as spam.
Please check your spam prevention and filtering settings, and make sure you haven't been added to any blocked senders lists.
Please check the settings for the "spam prevention feature" in your antivirus software.

(3) Please check the capacity of your inbox.
If your email server's storage capacity is full, you will not be able to receive emails.
Please check the email server capacity of your internet service provider to ensure it is not full.

(4) Please check the settings for forwarding calls to your mobile phone.
If you are using a forwarding service, there are settings that restrict incoming emails, such as rejecting emails from computers, limiting the number of emails sent and received, and limiting the number of characters displayed.
If these restrictions are in place, you will not receive the email. You will need to adjust your mobile phone settings to allow email reception.

(5) If you have registered a mobile email address, it seems that you often do not receive emails because you have set your email settings to reject incoming emails.

Regarding the handling of kimonos

Q. How should I store my purchase after buying it?

Since kimonos can fade when exposed to ultraviolet rays, please store them flat to avoid direct sunlight and prevent wrinkles.

Q. Are there any precautions I should take before storing it?

After wearing, hang the garment in a well-ventilated, shaded area for half a day to overnight to allow all moisture to escape.
*Please note that the fabric may stretch if left hanging for too long, so please allow it to air out for about half a day to remove moisture.

Afterward, please check for any stains or dirt before storing.
Foundation, sweat stains, and mud splashes are especially common around the collar, cuffs, and hem, so we recommend checking these areas carefully.
If you find any stains or dirt, please contact a professional cleaning service as soon as possible.
If possible, make a mark (a thread mark is ideal),
• When did it happen? • Details of the stain (e.g., mud, water splashes, food spills, blood, etc.)
If you can explain your needs to us, we can provide you with maintenance instructions more quickly.
